Pricing

Our Refund and Return Policy:

• Travel is included within 25 miles of the Phoenix, Arizona area.  Additional travel charges may apply outside of the Metro Phoenix area.
• Deposits for Officiant or Wedding services are non-refundable if cancelation is made within 40 days of ceremony or event, rescheduling may be permitted.
• Payment for photography and production videography services will be paid, in full, at or 7 days prior to scheduled date of production.  Rescheduling is permitted due to weather or unforeseen circumstances preventing recording. Video production payment must be received minimally 7 days prior to scheduled production or the contract will be null and void.  Deposits will be forfeited if production is cancelled by client within 7 days of production. 
• There is no refund for any production work (photography and videography) once completed.  Final payment is noted as release of use of finalized product; however, INSIGHT Productions retains all rights relating to ownership and distribution.
• Please be advised all creative media is subjective.  If you are dissatisfied with the final production of your digital media, accommodations may be made but not guaranteed. 
• Editing to final production will be on a limited basis, please refer to signed contract for specifics relating editing limitations.
• All production work is propriety and is protected under US Copyright and not subject to release unless negotiated in a separate contract for purchase.  Paid services commonly allow use privileges only, RAW data release is and will not be given. 
• In order to initiate a consideration for a refund, please send us an email or contact us via our website for reason for consideration.
• Refund, if issued, will be made in the same payment gateway that you made your payment.
